These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of poshandwand.com and your purchases, registrations, bookings, memberships, and other interactions with Posh & Wand, a brand of 818 Limited Liability Co. (“Posh & Wand,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using this website, making a purchase, registering for an event, booking a gathering, purchasing or participating in a membership, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

You may use this website for lawful personal purposes and to learn about, purchase, register for, or book products and services offered by Posh & Wand.
You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or fraudulent information, or use the website in violation of applicable law.

Purchases & Payments
Payment is due according to the terms presented at the time of purchase, registration, or booking.
Payments may be processed through Wix Payments or other payment providers available through our website or point-of-sale systems. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to the provider’s terms and policies.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a transaction when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing error, or product unavailability.
Returns & Exchanges
Return and exchange eligibility may vary by item and will be governed by the return or exchange policy communicated at the time of purchase or displayed by Posh & Wand.
Certain items may be final sale due to their nature, condition, customization, hygiene considerations, or other disclosed restrictions.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
Events, Workshops & Gatherings
Event, workshop, gathering, and private-party details—including dates, times, prices, capacity, age requirements, included items, cancellation terms, and other conditions—may vary and will be communicated in the applicable listing, booking information, or confirmation.
Space may be limited and registration does not guarantee participation until any required payment or deposit has been successfully completed.
We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel an event or gathering when reasonably necessary. If Posh & Wand cancels a paid event, affected customers will receive information regarding available rescheduling, credit, or refund options, as appropriate.
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, guests, property, and other participants. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue participation when conduct is disruptive, unsafe, threatening, unlawful, or materially interferes with the experience of others.
Data Retention & Security:
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain appropriate business and transaction records, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
We and our service providers use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Private Parties & Bookings
Private-party and gathering reservations may require a deposit or other payment to secure a date.
Specific booking, cancellation, rescheduling, attendance, and payment terms will be disclosed during the booking process or in the applicable confirmation or agreement. Those specific terms become part of your agreement with Posh & Wand.
A requested date or time is not guaranteed until the booking has been accepted and any required deposit or payment has been received.
Memberships & Recurring Payments
Certain Posh & Wand offerings, including the Posh & Wand Coven or other future programs, may be offered as memberships or recurring subscriptions.
Pricing, benefits, billing frequency, minimum commitments, cancellation terms, renewal terms, and other membership conditions will be disclosed before enrollment.
By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you provide according to the billing terms presented at enrollment until the membership ends in accordance with those terms.
Membership benefits have no cash value, are not transferable unless expressly stated otherwise, and may be modified when reasonably necessary. Material changes affecting an active paid membership will be communicated as appropriate.
Gift Cards, Credits & Promotions
Gift cards, store credits, coupons, discounts, giveaways, and promotional offers may be subject to additional terms disclosed when they are issued or offered.
Promotional offers may not be combined unless expressly permitted and may be limited by date, availability, product, service, or customer.
Gift cards and store credits are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Intellectual Property
The Posh & Wand name, branding, original website content, graphics, photographs, written materials, event concepts, product descriptions, and other original content created by or for Posh & Wand are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, modify, or commercially use our original content without permission, except as permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks, artwork, products, photographs, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Spiritual, Magical & Entertainment Products and Content
Posh & Wand may offer products, books, cards, events, workshops, discussions, or other content related to magic, spirituality, tarot, oracle practices, rituals, symbolism, intention-setting, folklore, or similar subjects.
Such products and content are offered for personal, educational, spiritual, creative, or entertainment purposes. They are not guarantees of any particular result and should not be considered medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for your own decisions and for using products according to their instructions and in a safe and lawful manner.
